Is this really a musically Interpreted Ice Skating Extravaganza? In a manner of speaking. Come out and lend your ear to the gossamer pop strains of Leopoldine and relish the Dreamshatterer's patent lyrical intensity.

Leopoldine is comprised of one Canadian and three New Yorkers. They make good-natured jangle pop, with the odd garnishing of new wave gusto. In a flurry of golden hair and sparkling tambourine cymbals, they will compel your deepest urges.

The Dreamshatter will on this occasion incorporate the Texan underpinnings of lanky guitar accompanist Aaron Seward. Together, they'll look like Jim Morrison, play like J Pierce, and sing like Steve Malkmus. In the face of this downtown music for the outer boroughs, women want them and men struggle with their latent homosexual impulses.
